Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the Century Tech FAQ center. As a primary manufacturer of electrochlorination equipment and titanium anodes, we serve B2B wholesale distributors, OEM brands, and municipal EPC contractors exclusively. We have compiled the most common operational and procurement questions below. General Company & Factory Information

Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?

Century is a fully vertically integrated manufacturer. We operate our own in-house production and assembly floors. By controlling the entire supply chain internally, we eliminate third-party markups and ensure strict, consistent quality control across all our equipment.

Absolutely. We welcome global EPC procurement teams and OEM brand managers to visit our manufacturing facilities.

Wholesale Ordering & Payment Terms

What is your standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Because we service different industrial sectors, MOQs vary by product division:

  • Pool Salt Systems & Cells: For standard wholesale replacement salt cells and complete salt chlorinators, our standard MOQ is typically 10 to 100 units to justify the production run and custom packaging.
  • Industrial Water Treatment: For massive On-site Sodium Hypochlorite Generators (OSHG) and heavy-duty electrolysis rectifiers, there is no MOQ. We engineer and quote these turnkey systems on a project-by-project basis.
  • Titanium Anodes & OEM: Custom electrode assemblies require an initial engineering review. Prototype runs can be as low as 1 to 5 pieces, while mass production terms will be negotiated in your supply contract.

For standard wholesale orders, we typically require a 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit to initiate the production run, with the remaining 70% balance cleared against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large-scale municipal water treatment infrastructure projects exceeding $100,000 USD, we readily accept irrevocable, confirmed Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Manufacturing, OEM & Customization

Can you private-label our company logo on the cell housings?

Yes. A significant portion of our business operates under our OEM Contract Manufacturing division. We provide comprehensive private-labeling services, including custom-molding your logo into the pool cell housings, and programming your brand’s splash screen into the salt chlorinator power centers.

To provide accurate resistance calculations and machining tolerances, our engineering team requires detailed 2D manufacturing drawings (PDF or DWG) that call out specific MMO coating requirements and active surface area dimensions.

Yes. We frequently operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to apply proprietary catalytic coatings for major global water treatment brands. Your formulations and specific thermal decomposition profiles are securely protected within our facility.

Shipping, Logistics & Packaging

What are your standard shipping Incoterms?

We are highly flexible and operate primarily under FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and EXW (Ex Works) Incoterms, depending on your logistical preferences. We have long-standing relationships with major freight forwarders to ensure competitive ocean freight rates for container volumes.

Industrial packaging is critical. All our residential and commercial pool cell housings, as well as our machined electrolyser vessels, are individually wrapped in impact-resistant EPE foam. They are then packed into heavy-duty corrugated export cartons and strapped securely to ISPM-15 certified fumigated wooden pallets, ensuring zero transit-induced micro-cracking.
